1. The grand prize is valued at $335.00 in fireworks. NO CASH AWARDED

2.B&C Fireworks will select from all entries a Grand-Prize winner. There is one (1) Grand Prize winner.

3. The random drawing will be held on July 2.

4. The winner(s) has until July 4, 10 pm to pick up their prize at their specified B&C Fireworks location.

5. If the winner does not pick up their prize by July 4, 10 pm, their prize will be forfeited.

6. Contest starts on June 24 and ends on July 2.

7. Entries into the B&C Fireworks Giveaway can be found at https://www.bandcfireworks.com website or at each of the B&C Fireworks locations.

8. All Prizes are products owned by B&C Fireworks and no other person or entity has any rights.

9. The odds of winning cannot be determined because the total number of entries is not known.

10. All records of the B&C Fireworks Giveaway will be held at the corporate office located at 10952 Cottonwood Rd..

11. Entrants into the B&C Fireworks Giveaway agree to be contacted by B&C Fireworks at any time via Email, SMS Text, Phone Call, and or Direct Mail.

12. Entrants can OPT OUT of being contacted by B&C Fireworks at any time, but if the entrant OPT’s Out prior to the drawing of the winner(s), then their Entry is removed from the B&C Fireworks Giveaway.

13. An Entry can enter the B&C Fireworks Giveaway multiple times and at each location. But, the Entry will only be eligible to win one (1) Location Prize and the Grand Prize.
